Betrayal, Failure and Heartbreak in your Business and Career.

Hello there,

What do you do when someone when someone stabs you in the back , disappointment, frustration , failure, missing the mark being publicly humilated.

Is there any good that can come from that?

Not only those Good come from disaster


A lot of Successful People in Business and Career have overcomed this particularly betrayal.

There is nothing like a trusted friend stabbing you in the back  or someone you are vulnerable with and you get stabbed in the back.


In business , people come across those things.

Without those things , those pains , Many Great people won't become who there are today.

You need to reframe pain, you need to reframe heart break, you need to reframe betrayal, you need to reframe disappoint and failure.

You need to reframe people not living to your expectations.

You need to reframe loyalty

If you in this Moments, there are hard, when you lose everything, moments when you are tested in every direction.

In this moments it leads to a defining Moment.


A defining Moment is where you define the Moment or the Moment defines you.

It works out for you when you don't let the Moment define you.

He recommends you decide what you want to learn from the experience and move forward in other to be able to find love again.

You don't remain in the state of where your heart is in that sad and negative state.

You can figure out what and why and how it happened and learn from it.

Would you trust again or move forward and learn to trust again and build new relationships in personally ,business and career.

In the face of failure or embrassment, you can also come out with a better plan for the future or decide to lower your expectations which may affect your chances of success or failure.


Sometimes you need the lessons and experience of people disappoint you, embarrass you or even block you on social media for you to be able to grow and transform to a better person.


It allows you to  stop expecting too much from other people and learn from that experience and become stronger from that experience on the other side of it.


You also have to get to a point that you decide you will not defined other People's behaviour towards you.

You shouldn't lower your standards, values or mindset based on how someone treated you.

It is either win or you learn.

Do not change your DNA, based on how others treat you, keep your mind soft, keep your mind open, keep your relationships embraced and don't let someone's else pain seep into your soul.

It is not the snake bite that kills a man but how such a man responds to the snake bite , did he seek solutions and help  to recover or he gave up and allowed the venom of the snake hurt or kill him. It is based on choice of response.
